FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is eligible for the rebate?
Active BOSS Owners Group members with BOSS equipment registered to their account are eligible. Unregistered equipment does not qualify. Be sure your equipment is registered before submitting your rebate.
How many units can I claim?
You can claim up to 12 registered BOSS units per BOSS Owners Group member. Each unit must be inspected and listed on the invoice(s).
What’s the difference between the two deadlines?
The rebate offer period runs from August 10 through October 16, 2026. Your equipment must be inspected during this period to qualify. Completed rebate submissions must be received by October 31, 2026.
Do I have to submit online?
No. You can submit your rebate digitally through your BOSS Owners Group login or download and mail in the paper rebate form. Either submission method is accepted.
When will I get paid?
Rebate checks will be issued by The Toro Company and are typically mailed within one month after the October 31, 2026 submission deadline, but may arrive sooner. If you have not received your rebate after one month, contact BOSS for assistance.
Why do I need to include a W-9 if I have 6 or more units inspected?
Any check issued by The Toro Company for more than $500 requires a completed W-9. Since you can receive up to $900 in rebates for 12 inspected units, a W-9 is required when submitting a rebate for 6 or more units.
