Thank you for being a valued Snowrator customer! We wanted to take a moment to update you on Snowrator and your current product needs as the winter season ramps up!

 

In 2018, L.T. Rich, manufacturer of the Snowrator brand, was purchased by The Toro Company. As a division of The Toro Company, BOSS has assumed Snowrator and is committed to providing support to Snowrator owners.

 

We are committed to providing you the quality customer service you expect from BOSS Snowplow. True to our nature, we’ve talked to many Snowrator owners and have learned how to make this product more durable and reliable – and that is exactly what we have done.

 

In the meantime, our engineering staff has identified several product improvements that your vehicle may qualify for depending on its serial number. These improvements are designed to help improve the reliability, durability and performance of existing Snowrators built and sold by L.T. Rich.

 

The future of the Snowrator product line is exciting and we look forward to rolling out more Snowrator vehicles with new features, capabilities and of course the reliability and durability we build into all of our BOSS products. For now, we want to focus on serving you as a current Snowrator owner.
